Rooms for the CPCal 2025 Symposium are now available for booking. This year’s event is at the Grand Bay Hotel San Francisco. To book your room for this year’s exciting event, please follow the below instructions:

If you are checking in and leaving between the dates of October 16th and October 19th, please follow these steps:

  1. Use this link
  2. Select your check in and check out dates. Please note, the first pop up references the entire week, click “GO TO NEXT STEP” to select your dates. 
  3. Pick room and pay
  4. You are good to go!

If you are arriving before October 16th or leaving after October 19th, please contact Lorena Ochoa at the Grand Bay Hotel SF directly.  You can reach her at (650) 508-7145 or lochoa@grandbayhotelsf.com. She will be able to assist you with a longer stay while ensuring you are a part of our room block.
