No Court Divorce
Also called non-court divorce, or divorce without court, no court divorce refers to the Collaborative approach to divorce. Rather than turning the decision-making power over to a judge, control of the outcome is kept with the people directly involved in the dispute. All of the parties consent in writing to be part of a respectful process that leads to an out-of-court resolution. The clients retain the power to create a resolution that fits their particular needs and priorities.
